When most people speak of California traffic, it's of the freeway, etc. Here, we are talking about local residents just trying to get to the grocery store. Please do something about Pine Forest Road. To my family members homes in Century, Grocery Store, church shopping and I have a son, daughter- in- law and grandchildren that travels these roads every day to work and I am making a request of widening and resurfacing of these roads a priority and the pot hole's are awful. These roads  are dangerous. Please do something about this, been waiting to long to get something done.  We travel HWY 4W and also HWY 4A  every day. The state may own Pine Forest Road, but the county evidently does not have the common sense to see what is happening and put forth some kind of solution.
