Maybe some laws need to be changed. If a person is in possession of a firearm during commission of a crime, they should automatically be charged as if they had used it. If it wasn’t their intention, they shouldn’t be armed. There are too many peabrained gun towers.

Ok, his phone was seized- makes sense to be able to interrogate it…but, no mention as to whether, or not, the guns were seized- or, if they were even registered to him. I believe that, at this juncture, he is not allowed to continue to even possess a gun. Was that addressed when he was granted his ridiculously low bond? At 18, if he still lives at home and these firearms belonged to his parents, they should be under lock and key!

Everyone freaking out over bond remember the laws are set on most bonds. The judges dont have unfettered descretion that would allow them to make it $1,000,000.00 unless it was attempted murder or some other haneous crime. A tether would have been called for in this case though and it looks like they dropped the ball on that part .

That kid has mental problems and 2500.00 wasn’t near enough to allow him back on the streets. He certainly doesn’t look as if he is sorry for what he was arrested for.

A domestic violence injunction is not worth the paper it’s written on because people are just stupid crazy nowadays. She needs to take self defense classes and learn how to protect herself! That bond was a joke Escambia County!!!

$2500.00 bond??? Deja Vu all over again. Now where will the blame lie if this emotionally immature punk carries out his threats against the victim? It is my opinion that those who put him back on the streets should share the blame and the sentence jointly.
