Cynthia, it’s been 4 days now, and the shock still hasn’t worn off of you being gone. You have made a mark here on this base. your smile, your kind and wise words of wisdom, you always had positive things to say. you weren’t even negative when you lost your dental plate! The way you handled things , so calm and collective. You were like no other. You brought all the good when you came to work. everyone looked forward to seeing you when it was 11am. Ms. Cynthia you will be truly missed. Whenever we would come to Flomaton and you would stop by, you always filled the house with so much laughter. I’m so happy that we had the opportunity to know you and to love you. I’m sorry I never got the chance to thank you for the calls and prayers for my brother Freddie. My heart is so heavy that you are no longer with us on earth, but as it goes, to be absent here on earth you are present with the Lord.

I know the family and I’m so sorry to hear about her lost. I so lost a daughter in a car accident so I know what the mother and child is going through. We as parents aren’t prepared to bury our children, but expect them to bury us. But by me knowing God I do know he doesn’t make any mistakes in life. The mother is a praying lady and so this I do know he will hold her close to him in her time of lost.

Crossroads Community Church (Pastors David and Teresa Dykes) was so honored to know Cynthia as a personal friend and a friend of God. Just spoke to her and her mother Apostle Contrelle on Saturday and shared a blessed moment together at Cracker Barrel. She will be truly missed and all of her work for God.
