A good example is Hwy 29 and Hwy 97 which I think is more dangerous now with a traffic light than before the light. That area also has a lower speed limit. I can completely agree with you on that. As far as 297? Yes, I can agree, somewhat with @Lou but it’s the drivers these days and not just that particular road. I drive it daily and the increased traffic right now with the Outage at the PaperMill puts more vehicles on that road. We ALK need to just slow down and pay more attention. I too have seen plenty of Officers/Troopers staked out but more so South of Kingsfield.
