So with “constitutional carry” or “permitless carry”, and no training requirements at all, this is going to start happening more, and more criminals will acquire more guns in similar situations.

I liked the permit to carry scenario, and even thought the training requirement should have been stronger.

I am not surprised at all about this story. Criminals know that people going in and out of casinos could have a wad of cash in their purse or on their person (more like having a cash wad on the way IN if you go to Windcreek!). Some gamblers are helpless elderly folks. If you win in a casino, watch your back!! And don’t be a target. Ask for a security escort to the parking lot when finding your car or ride. Windcreek does have security driving around. Thank you local law enforcement. You are all amazing.

So exactly how long did this Butler follow the victim? From the minute the victim won? My father was a Police Officer years ago. He told me a gun is easily taken from a person not used to using a gun. The man is lucky Butler didn’t use it on him. Please practice if you own a gun for protection.
