Also, I’m pretty sure she will get a little probation and since she isn’t already a convicted felon, a judge will withhold adjudication of guilt if she completes probation successfully… that way her future isn’t ruined and she won’t be labeled a convicted felon..
I’ve never seen a judge not do this on such a petty felony crime for a first time offender.

Keep your head up, young lady. You ditched some pot, because you didn’t want to get caught with it. No big deal. It’s pot. A good lawyer can get you out of that felony charge.
As far as the “speeding”, selective enforcement is a nearly universal concept.

The cops or judges don’t like you and here you go to jail. Shouldn’t it be the law that sends you there, not cop’s emotions? The scariest part is that than can write you up for anything – and they will find something if they want you in jail. Like Stalin used to say: “Give me a man and I’ll find a law to send him to prison”. This is not a rule of law, this a rule of those who implement it.

@nikki first and foremost it’s people in this county that break laws all kids aren’t the same and some do stupid things and get caught !!! Cop’s DONT pull people over because they are driving a sports car they do it because the person driving the sports car is driving stupid or doing something wrong also officers do go faster than the traffic sometimes but I promise you the reason is something you Don’t know about unless you are a officer which I know you are not !!! Remember they are here to help they are trained YOU ARE NOT !!!!!!

I see cops almost everytime I go to town ignoring the speeding people hauling butt and they themselves speeding for no apparent reason. Now if they see me in a sports car I’m most definitely going to get a ticket just because it’s a sports car. Yes there are real criminals out there but all the speeding and the overpopulation is dangerous in its own way. We need our kids to stick around all ages out there driving crazy.
