No it’s not a bullet proof vest…that is what sone ppl call the turtle suit.

What a buffoon… My phone was hacked… sure man, they ALL say their stuff got hacked. I don’t think a real hacker stealing your bank information is interested in grooming a 13-year-old through your phone.
