I didn’t see that at the last place I lived. In fact I only saw one the entire 10 years I lived there. It does not mean that anything harmful has been detected in the water. They have to test the water so many times as a “precaution” before they can drop the notice. The precaution is not stating the water is harmful, but rather a precaution just in case something pops up in a water sample. I’m sure they would be glad to discuss this with you if you were to call.
