Sounds like pre meditated murder to me. He evidently meant
to shoot her but his weapon malfunctioned. He had somebody waiting to give
him a ride. You don’t just flag someone down in Atmore and say
get me outta town. She’s lucky his gun malfunctioned and she’s smart
to arm herself. She new he was dangerous and that piece of
paper does nothing to protect you.
