Just because they were in these vans removing tools does NOT prove they stole from this employer. Many contractors bounce you from job to job and work truck/van each day. I’m not bashing you but knowing the facts is a good “skill” to know. It’s not uncommon to work several jobs a week and/or be moved from one job truck/van during these job location moves. Going on their age they may have not been the top Tradesman on these jobs and therefore moved around more frequently than a seasoned journeyman. I really feel as if this will all come out as a big mistake on the Company owners side.
