Victim comes homes and leaves his gun in the "drivers" seat which means when he got out he set it there in stead of taking it in to the house. Why did he move it into the drivers seat? That's odd. Did he then leave the keys in the car? Again, with his gun in the drivers seat. Says he then went to the store "not in the truck?" Then the alleged relative stole the truck with the gun in it and brought it back. Something doesn't seem right. Don't judge a person without all of the facts. Remember innocent until proven guilty. Depending on his record and the judge, he could get anything from Probation to Jail/Prison time.
