He pointed a gun..in a drunken rage…at a female! IT DOESNT MATTER what led up to it. He made the decision to grab a gun and threaten a female. We see this every day and then the person is released and the female takes him back in and then the cycle repeats itself but the consequences are worse. I don’t understand how he was bonded out(I know I know it’s due to his prior record and/or other factors) but it’s my belief that anyone “charged” with a crime like this should be remanded into custody for a time longer than this. Hey big man, it’s not too late to change your ways. I personally know the results of drinking too much and what it will do to a body, your relationships and/or employment. In this case, I am taking a wild guess mind you, it seems as if, the fella could have endeavored to get a bit loaded that day. As someone had mentioned in the comments, no one knows the entire details, with this short article. Who knows, the female could have drew a weapon on him or hit him prior to the arrival of LEO’s. She could have been drinking with him and intoxicated too. They could have children together, he decided to man up and not say anything about her aggression in order for her to tend to their children. No one really knows from the story. You assume, I suppose because of the domestic violence allegation, that the victim is female and free of any responsibility. What if it was a teenage son, threatening the spouse, would that cause your response to change? What if it was a majority aged daughter caught in the act of burglary, would that change you mind? I don't know if it was any of these situations, but I'd rather not judge based on the limited information provided here. You people, so quick to judge.
