Applications for the WFPL Board should not be submitted to the person the Board oversees! The BoCC should take in the applications and select the members of the WFPL Board. Mr. Humble, the library director, answers to both the BoCC and the WFPL Board, therefore should not be involved in the selection of the Board members. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again.
