Insist your bill be prorated for the entire period, and don't accept a one-time $10, $20, or some other fractional offer. After calling Total Verizon daily, they finally informed me after 4 days, that it was not my phone that was the issue, but because of the upgrade that i was having this issue. 8 days later I still can not make or receive phone calls and text messages.
