WHO CARES THAT THE REPORT STATED SHE SMIRKED! Not me. The fact of the matter here is there are children without their parents right now and another family without their son. No one knows what led up to this tragic incident so we don’t need to sit and cast judgement…a jury/judge will do that and then OUR GOD judges us all in the end. Yes, this is sad that a life was taken and another sits in jail. There’s way too many Domestic Violence cases it seems here lately. Just a sad sad thing all around. I will continue to pray for everyone involved in this.

@ Sherry Taylor, the report stating she was smirking is not an opioid, it’s a fact that was captured on video. So I guess if law enforcement arrives on a scene where someone is cry, shaken or trembling from an abusive attacking them that should be left out as well, gotcha.

There are tons of verbage in reports that do not need An editor in ignorance critiquing reports as you appear to be doing is way out of your league.
The LEO are busting their butt for Justice…from a vile scumbag that moved her kids away that day and murdered her husband.

Only way they won’t do it again. To make sure your kids will never be hurt again you have to make the worst sacrifice. You do it.
And if in the end that was the wrong decision, she will pay for it in someway.

Not taking sides here, but it seems to me a police report just contain only facts of the case. Saying that she was “Smirking” is an opinion in a legal document. Not really sure that is proper.

About 20 years ago when I met chole I wasn’t a fan either. We were also in high school. That being said. Over 20 years I’ve watched her become a beautiful mother! She stated bedside to a child with cancer that was not even of her own blood ( Mr Davidson’s oldest) and went to the ends of the earth for him while taking care of a younger child and her family. But they failed to mention that anywhere here?!?! Everyone in this town knew about, and were fighting for this little boy BECAUSE of HER efforts! She even officially adopted him ❣️ she also has an amazing gift of taking pictures of newborns! Her pictures are heavenly as the littles in them!
I’m not personal friends with her, once again, but I can tell you from my personal experience, abuse behind the scenes of a perfect picture. And when the same people you’ve tried to ask for help from to save your family turn out to be the same ones then question YOU….your gonna “smirk”. I don’t even need to hear here side and I’m already standing on it.
Protect those babies at all cost. Our system is messed up.
