NOT in defense of this Laster but an FYI -- If he was from another state, it can be very difficult for the school system to get Full Disclosure on previous behaviors. Many places dismiss an employee ( In or Out of school systems ) or allow them to resign instead of pursuing a lengthy and expensive trial. That is on the courts being lenient on many cases or the District Atty deciding it is a Non-Winnable case. To me, this guy should be held in jail until his trial.
