Were there any other units in the area? Does ESCO have a "no chase" policy? Inquiring minds want to know. Yes, as others have posted, criminals like this should be put away for a long, long time. Change the laws, the guidelines, AND the Judges that let 20-time felons go free. I respect law enforcement. Their difficult jobs would be a bit easier if criminals like this are kept in prison.
