Look at CR196 AND 29 new DG store, bypassed zoning board ruling on 6500 sq ft building and approved 11,000 on 1 1/2 acre and speakers against was asking for a traffic light and the building be rustic looking like Kingsfield Rd and 297store. It doesn't have to be a lot of money, say $300/month plus mileage for travel to/from meetings and to look at sites, if necessary.
