If you obey the speed limits and traffic laws, and pay attention, there are no "challenges" to driving these roads. The only "challenges" are avoiding colliding with the ones who don't do the above.

:"Lateral G Force" is simply expressing a vehicle's side to side grip.

97A certainly presents challenges to the initiated and novice alike.

The curve at Tungoil Road is my favorite, Ar max = V2max/R

WE moved here just North of Walnut Hill, and drive 97 every day. Sad but true, almost every day, folks, in too much of a hurry, will try to pass on a blind curve, with double yellow, on a hill, at night. Now, there's about half a dozen places of flat straight away, with passing, between the State line and the elementary school, but NO, they wait. We're convinced there's some kind of competition going on. When we see one pass on a blind curve, with double yellow lines, on a hill, we say, "They're going for the Gold". It's got to be, no other reason makes sense. Yeah, a point system, the blind curve is a point, the double yellow is a point, the hill is a point, at night is an extra point, passing more than 2 is an extra point. They're trying to beat the record of the legend who launched 18 feet into the air, to the top of the tall pines and burst into flames, right in that same area as this one, recently. And can anyone guess where the vast majority of licence plates are from?

I travel this road at least once a month or so and most times I witness multi-vehicle passing(s). Very similar to a gun. The problem is the choices made by the operators/drivers. Yes accidents happen but the extra 7 to 10 minutes saved by speed... is it really worth the risk?

Please don't start blaming the road. People make the road dangerous. Praying for the injured for a full recovery.
