First off @Tobijah, unless you’re the moderator of the comments section on NorthEscambia.com, you don’t get to control what people say.

Second, the charges are the charges. It’s likely there are lots more that could be brought, but these are the charges the prosecutor feels will likely stick.

Third and final point: the fact you feel it necessary to defend this short round speaks volumes about your personal values and is at the core of the problems we have in society when it comes to criminals.

Tobijah, no one here is making false accusations, they correspond with the charges filed. There is one comment that is a false accusation and you may not believe it but it is yours. He is not a man. Men perform honorable actions, like serving our country, holding a job, paying taxes and being positive impacts on society. He has no time for those things because he is criminal actions prevent them.

For a 20 year old, he’s already gotten himself some pretty serious charges. This is scary. I can only imagine what his defense attorney will offer as a contributing factor in how he was raised. IMO, it could not have been a wholesome, normal upbringing. If he’s eventually convicted, I sure hope that the judge sentences with the primary goal of keeping society protected, verses leniency due to age and upbringing.
