How to rectify?
We pay them to do their job which calls for the system not being broken.

I see all manner of complaints about the judicial system not doing anything about these monsters who prey upon the innocent children, but I fail to see anything about how to correct the broken system. First of àll, who are the judges that let these people use the revolving door, and who are the D.Aa.s and Assistant district attorney’s that go in for the plea bargaining that turns these animals loose? Throw out the judges and the D.A.s that let the rabid animals out of their cages. Didn’t we just have an election? To me that is the only answer. Did the same people go back on? Get rid of the bleeding hearts and
plug up the leak in the dam.

There is one door to stop people like this to enter and society be free from them.
But the injustice,pathetic, revolving door is the only door the justice department uses.
In fact they open the door FOR them.
Me personally, you wouldn’t get a second chance and the first offense would be addressed and never happen every again.

We have a judicial system that withheld adjudication for providing obscene material to a minor. Our judicial systems are off the rails. Everything is dropped, plead levels under what the actual crime was, adjudication withheld, or pretrial diversion. We have MULTI time, violent, convicted felons walking among us after multiple convictions. The courts have the ability to clean up our streets but have become a revolving door. There are some simple solutions for dealing with people possessing child porn.
