Where does it say he’s out on bond? It says he’s being held without bond. Keep in mind that even murders are entitled to a bond. I often wonder how the world would be if everyone held themselves to the standards they expect others to live by, but especially if they lived up to a standard they hold law enforcement too. I bet it would be a great place.

Why are yall letting him off easy? If this was you or I, they would lock us up and throw away the key, they wouldn’t all be like o it was just a mistake, naw, he knew what he was doing, he knew the consequences, he got caught, now it’s time to pay the piper like everyone else, or will it be another case of someone with a badge let off easy unlike the rest of us. Lock him up like they would any of us.

Anonymous. What a well written comment. I do agree with what you have said, and I also wonder if he did this because I know that cops don’t make a whole lot of money for what they do, and that’s to put their life on the line for everyone every day. He made a huge mistake. I only hope he can do what time they give him, and come out of this a better person, and make something better of what life he has left. I will pray for him, his family and friends.

@ anonymous when you are a peace officer you have to set yourself to a higher standard than the general public! But it’s obvious the man does not use methamphetamines.. I wonder how many arrests he has made with meth being the charge? If you have a officer trafficking in methamphetamines and then making arrest for that drug, I believe every prior case under him needs to be thrown out!
