He took pride in his smoke shack and his smoking and curing of food is well known in the area. Many locals would bring their meats to Ted to smoke for them. i spent the last two months with Ted and had returned to Omaha just a week ago. Ted could smoke and prepare catfish and mullet that is beyond imagination We ate plenty while II was there. His smoke house was well equipped I hope we all can help him rebuild. There are a lot of neighbors going to miss out on holiday meats this season. My brother, Ted, has a knack of smoking meats.
