No way I’d ever drive a cab or be an Uber driver unless there was some kind of bulletproof divider between me and the passenger.

No expert but this guy looks like he’s HIGH on some drugs.
Crazy to choke 2 people, try to murder the driver and hold a deputy’s leg.
Shows good training and restraint on the part of the Deputy to not react strongly.
Violence like this has no excuse, drugs or whatever he needs to go away.

Why don’t we start a program where we have elementary school art students come to the jail with crayons and colored pencils and draw the mugshots for extra credit, it would be as good if not better than the quality of the potato they are using to take the mugshots now? Seriously, I have an old IPhone 6 that takes vastly superior photos to this that I would gladly donate to the county. ECSO, if you’re reading this send me a smoke signal and I’ll deliver that phone.
