@jiff…yep, out again and probably again and again and blah,blah,blah until he kills someone or worse, more than one, then he will get a little time with a little slap on the wrist, a few meals, a toilet, sink, bed and maybe, just maybe a few new “friends” like, uhhh, Bubba, and be out in a couple of years to do it all over again!

I guessed close to what the problem may be !!! Substance abuse alcohol !!! Apparently this guy could care less about other peoples lives!!! Lock him up for a good while then he will start to respect other drivers rights!!!!
