Congratulations to all three guys. My comment is to Mark Ard, when I saw your picture I immediately knew it had to be you. You haven’t changed at all. We graduated together at Tate High School. I’m right behind you on retirement.

All three men were great to work with. I didn’t get to work with them as long as I would have liked to but I learned a lot from them in the time I did.

120 years of excellent service to International Paper. Each were outstanding in their own fields, in their personal character and leaders in their fields. They are truly great examples of the hundreds of current and ten of thousands of former employees that contributed to their company and their communities. Proud to have known each one!

These guys never missed an opportunity to help somebody at the mill. They were each very talented in their own craft and didn’t shy away from teaching others. Wishing them long and happy retirements!
