Just starting …………….. You have nothing to base your comment on other than what was printed here. Cops dont just arrest someone because they can. And I am sure the driver of that stolen vehicle was him and they had many witnessses to say so. Or they watched him get out of the drivers side of the vehicle and go inside. By the time they figured out it was stolen He was making a drink….

You base strong opinions on NOTHING so… Watch what you post about false arrest…

@just starting, it would seem that your buddy’s crimes actually date back several years so he is in fact NOT just starting. He’s a seasoned veteran of the CJ system and that’s just for the things he’s been caught for. No telling how much he’s done that isn’t documented. My only problem with a frequent flyer like this is the nominal bail money they need to post to walk right back out the door faster than the LEO’s can get the paperwork completed. This guy needs to go away for more than just a few months as it’s become the norm for him. He needs a few YEARS.

He was released from State Prison on 6/4/22, after serving a 3 year sentence. The 3-year sentence was imposed after he violated his Community Control with-in two weeks of being sentenced.

It appears he is going to be a life-long thug. Do society a favor and send him back to prison on the 5-year plan this time.

Hmm, I’m not expert but it doesn’t take one to see that something with this isn’t right.He was at the drink fountain not in the car. So how exactly can it be proven he was driving. Just some quick research on the laws can tell you this will have to be thrown out. Both charges. He’s been falsely arrested numerous times. Not sure why he can even be charged with a vehicle being stolen when he paid for it honest and agaimWASNT behind the wheel. I’m sure he wasn’t read his Miranda rights seems pike the cops forget about those these days. Maybe if they would go after people shooting houses and stuff up this town would change
