It’s so sad what these kids do and what they learn from others 99% of the time it’s from there upbringing!! But now your kid will be in jail depending on the age of the child. but anyway right is right wrong is wrong you do not take a gun to school….. it’s pure stupidity sometimes I think most kids would like to spend the rest of their life in jail and to be out in public. not me I’d rather be walking free! Spending time with my family… stop and Think about the consequences, do I want to go to jail or do I want to make something out of myself and have things in my life??? nothing in this world is free we all have to work and get the things that we want and need!!! you cannot keep on being stupid

Good going…can’t blame the parents, that student knows right from wrong and when they don’t follow the rules their punishment should be applied effectively.

I was at ECHS for my class reunion when this happened. The staff was very professional and seemed well trained. Thank you to those folks! I could see how dedicated they where to keeping everyone safe. People step up when they are ask to but we shouldn’t have to ask them. Their jobs are hard enough. We need armed trained personnel at our schools. I got a little taste of what the kids and staff put up with. It’s got to stop . The most alarming part is the student with the real looking gun. It could have been so much worse. Think before you act kids. That’s what the APD and ECSD bid today. They did not over react and everyone is safe. Thanks to all!
