First off, I am very glad to have a new library in Escambia County.
Thank you to” the powers that be” for not wasting our tax dollars.
I agree with Buck, why not have the ribbon cutting when children can attend?
And lastly, is the person who designed the inside colorblind?
Are we still required to whisper in the library since it is already so LOUD inside?

Well, I’m happy to Finally have a library in D1 but, yeah, it’s hideous inside and out. I agree. I’m not a fan of loud, modern design.

I think this Library is absolutely beautiful. It is so modern looking and I am sure it has that new book smell. I am so happy with this design and look and feel of this new addition to our neighborhood !!

I think the library is inviting, especially for children. We need more kids excited about reading. The colors maybe off-putting to adults, but I think children will be drawn to colors.
