To me anyone that harms or attempts to harm law officers and emergency responders should get the death penalty. No its ands or buts.

Obviously he has a record already to be charged with those crimes. I believe it’s more of an attempt to get him off the street. Glad the LEO’S and Firefighters were not hurt.

Yeah unfortunately attempted murder won’t stick… dunno the whole story, but if it was his home he could say he lost his mind losing everything, didn’t mean to hurt anyone, blah blah, get maybe a couple years for aggravated assault, or a long probation stint.
