He could have return the customers money if he had issues and realized he didn’t have the employees. And yeah a few times is understandable you bite off more than you can chew.. but almost 100 ppl done just about the same way is exactly why he has been arrested. It’s fraud plain and simple.

And I absolutely agree he can be a great father with good morales and still committ a crime. Good people make bad decisions all the time, but good people have to answer for those bad choices regardless of how much other things they do right.

finally. this guy needs to go to jail for awhile. his company has destroyed the lives of many people. yea, people should have been smarter and not paid them so much upfront but this guy it ultimately responsible and needs to pay a harsh penalty.

Just because his company went south in a hurry, doesn’t mean he is a terrible person. It doesn’t mean that he wasn’t teaching the kids good morals or values. Sometimes you learn the most from those are learning the hard way. From what I understand this isn’t completely his fault. His staff put him in a terrible situation too. This doesn’t just fall on the boss. It’s his responsibility, but it may not have been anything he could get control of fast enough either.
