Lee, you are correct: no amount of money can fix the mental health issue we have in this country. But the people can if they get tired and won’t take it anymore. Stop the influx of undocumented people and the drugs and crime they bring with them. Implement very strict punishment for drug dealers and users. . Follow through, including swift execution of death penalties.
