What was a dump truck stopped in the middle of the road so far from the intersection anyway. Couldn't see it until you were right in it and it expecting anything to be at a dead stop in the middle of the Highway. I travel that road every morning to work and I can see where the driver not knowing there is a dump truck parked 150ft from the stop sign could run into the back of it. I don't know if it's just me or if other people have noticed that the sun seems to be a lot brighter. but in most cases like this wreak I'm willing to believe they just had the oil changed and put brand new tires on it.
