Josh, thanks for explaining that sentence stipulation. Barring any future successful appeals, society can rest easy. My condolences go out to the family of the deceased young man and best wishes to the GF for a speedy mental and physical recovery.

1st Life sentence – eligible for parole in 25 years

2nd Life sentence adds another 25 years before he is eligible for parole. So, not eligible for parole for 50 years.

And that ends that when he finishes the first life sentence I’m curious if he will be able to start the second one !!!! It amazes me how stupid the judge is to sentence any human to that !!!! How ignorant!!!!!!
