The reason why the bond is so low….Per Florida State Statues, the defendent was held on a NO BOND pending review by a judge being it was domestic violence. During his arrangement, the judge set the bond. Usually when such a low bond is assigned, the victim appears at the hearing and speaks in favor of the defendent’s release. I can not say if that happened in this case or not.

$100. On a domestic? That is a pay on the back
