Nothing happened in 2014 flood, nothing happened after hurricane Sally . A lot of dog and ponny show, and picture ops for elected and career politicians. We the tax payer’s in Escambia county are on our own. So if we think and hope ECUA, or anybody else will help us ? Keep dreaming and paying.

Lou , in Alabama a lot of new houses built are going back on septic tanks. It’s supposedly a more modern version that does not cause back-ups. We do not have a sewer plant with the capacity to handle all the sewage and wastewater this huge influx of new people create

@ readers – It is 850 area code and it’s programmed in my phone. The number (850-476-5110) was dialed at 7PM Friday night. It is programmed on speed dial on my land line phone which I tried calling them several times from it.

If you in the boil water area, Turn off your ice makers,replace the water filters 5 days after boil water notice is lifted and only then start using your ice,unless you boil the ice to!!!

They just got approved for a rate increase, for what ? Poor service, poor old equipment. It’s 2022 and a lot of us still on septic tanks in none rural areas (297 A) Something needs to be done by the voters and elected politicians. We have to pay our share, but at least offer services that equals the decade we live in.

NO WATER FOR CENTRAL WATER WORKS CUSTOMERS IN MCDAVID ALL MORNING

As of 8AM, our water was back on 9/03. We live on a side street near that break.

The water was running very slow last evening at 7PM. We tried calling the emergency

number (650-476-5110) for ECUA and never reached anyone for 3 hrs. Their garbage

service is unsatisfactory and their emergency number does not have anyone there to

answer calls. Go figure – its’ ECUA.
