Re:Mike J, No one lived in it and there was no power connected. At least none that I saw. I live next door to it on its North side. It belongs to my neighbors on the south side. I never saw any activity that suggested someone lived there.

You can see the camper on Google Maps Street View, pictures from March this year. West side of Oak Haven just north of the corner with Toetuck Dr. May have been their primary residence. Sad to lose your home. Pray that they have the help they need.
