These creeps are sick in the most evil way. @SueB, I’m sure charges are maximized leaving room for the charges the sleazy attorney is going to try to have thrown out. We don’t know the conversation they had as the article states. Glad this creature got caught.

Depending on the facts, one defense is that the defendant did not lure, solicit, entice, or seduce the undercover police officer acting as a 14 year old. However, this creep sent a picture of his genitalia.
Judge need to do his/her homework & read Solicitation for Sexual Conduct with a Child Over a Computer – Florida Statute 847.0135(3).
When northescambia.com reports this type of news print the judges name who gave this creep bond.
Also, parents are not being in control & monitoring their kids computer use.
