There isn’t a person that knows this guy personally that would say he wasn’t competent, open and to the point. If he cleaned out the office then the office needed to be cleaned out and they need not reapply. He stood for something and it dang sure wasn’t for waste or laziness. Hopefully they begged him to stay — he was good for the county and this community. He would fight for your dollar not to be wasted. As for hiring his friends — that is a misused term — he is in IT and has been for many years — maybe he has met people over the years that excel in their job — probably doesn’t break bread with them so more acquaintances than friends. Again he will surround himself with workers and people willing to work and do whatever it takes!! People are awesome.
