When the light at University finally turns green for people to turn right onto Davis, the light at Olive and Davis is red for Davis traffic and no one can move. By the time the light at Olive is green, the light at University has already turned back to red and the traffic headed south on Davis makes it through but people trying to turn onto Davis from University get stuck. Such gridlock there, a great opportunity to improve traffic flow. Maybe they will finally fix the terrible timing at this intersection. When the light at University finally turns green for people to turn right onto Davis, the light at Olive and Davis is red for Davis traffic and no one can move. By the time the light at Olive is green, the light at University has already turned back to red and the traffic headed south on Davis makes it through but people trying to turn onto Davis from University get stuck.
