This person needs to be permanently committed to a mental health facility and locked down. All of these wild and crazy acting people need to be LOCKED DOWN Ok, you won’t go to prison. You’ll go to a mental health facility with every one else who cannot live in a civil society. They need to build mass lockdown mental health facilities for these types. Sentence them to being unfit for society and put them away by the dozens. Soon you’ll see the streets clean up and the 911 calls decrease. Build a massive hospital in the center of the mental health facility in case they need immediate help.

Enough is enough… there are too many people walking down nine mile road, Davis Highway, Cervantes, Navy Blvd doing X Y Z all over town. Crime and uncivility. Something needs to change and this is it. We need real politicians to be able to clean up these streets and get these people the help they need.

If they need drug help, sentence them to 5 years in a LOCKDOWN drug treatment facility in the middle of nowhere. You cannot leave for 5 complete years, no good boy or good girl times.
