6 time convicted felon now headed to 7 what is wrong with this justice system???
He probably stole that gun from someone.
We’ll probably see him again and again and again…
I am concerned that if he broke into someone’s home and they defended themselves that they would be locked up instead of him.

5 time convicted Felon and with a gun of that type…yeah, them gun laws/background checks sure work don’t they. This is far beyond that. We all know if someone wants a weapon they will get one. 5 TIMES!!!! Too many Courthouse deals are made and too many chances are given for these types. We need tougher judges and if the prisons are full let’s vote to adopt what that Sheriff Joe in Arizona did by utilizing that Tent City Jail. We need a better system to keep trash like this off the streets and out of our neighborhoods. To those blaming the Police for the low bonds/lack of bonds those bonds are set by judges….I’m all in for tent cities…

@NPC….That would mean that these judges all live in some mythical, gated, neighborhood for rich people and they don’t. They are regular folks that live in regular places like you or i. You would be surprised at the homes some live in. They even eat at fast food places and take poops like the rest of us.

I believe I saw that chase on July 29th in front of my house. He was on a motorcycle and had a female passenger. When the deputy turned on his lights and siren, this guy turned and looked back, then hit the gas at a high rate of speed and passed another car going uphill on west Roberts road in the no passing zone. The deputy had no choice but to call off the chase before someone got killed.

If those convicted of multiple felonies and released on bond were housed in the neighborhoods where the judges resided, would their punishments be as lenient?
