But far, far more vehicles harm people in ground level incidents all the time. Everyday. The likelihood of being harmed by a careening vehicle on SR 97 is far greater. On NE.com, I bet for every I-110 going off the viaduct stories, there are hundreds, if not thousands, more stories about incidents on SR 97, US 29, and other county roads… along with so many injuries and deaths. Technically, yes, a vehicle could come off the I-110 viaducts, hurting people in the skate park, thus justifying a reason not to build in that location.

But far, far more vehicles harm people in ground level incidents all the time. Everyday.
