I also believe this looks like the same car and two guys that came to our neighborhood Breaking in cars.
They were using some kind of electronic Device to unlock my neighbors car.
My neighbor got an alert on his ring camera around about 3am.
He happened to be up getting ready for work and caught the guys in the act of breaking into his car.
My neighbor came out of his house with his _ _ _ and scared them off.

“It was two guys in a Burgundy or red 4 door mid size car”

Wish I had away of exposing the perspn that stole from me. I employed this guy and without notice he quit. When he quit he took multiple tools, cordless tools with him. I pray for this guy. He will be delt with sooner or later. He will burn in hell over just a few items.

Their bonds are as much or more than the 14 time convicted felon who is responsible for the life of a one year old being taken. The problem is not the system but those in charge of running the system

Reduce it anyway. Still, I don’t favor it even though it is the Islamic way and you may swing their way.

There is the Constitutional prohibition to consider: Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

You would have to amend The Constitution to remove that from The Bill of Rights.

And there is the fact that we would wind up having to feed the scum who could no longer work. Bad enough to feed him while in prison. (#8)

And there is the stigma faced by others who have lost their hands, that everyone would assume they were thieves.

And would you REALLY want to have people around who were encouraged to mutilate living people?
“What does your Daddy do for a living.”
“He chops off people’s hands.”
“Uhhh, never mind about that date, I have something else to do, somewhere else to be. And please don’t call me again.”

How about instead, confiscating all his possessions and giving them to the sheriff and placing a 10 percent surcharge on his taxes for the rest of his life, so that he would think about it every time he considered what it cost him this year?

Not only that, but he would gripe to everyone he knew about the injustice of it. Those who heard would think, “Sure glad I don’t have to pay an extra ten percent on MY taxes.”
