This is a sad situation. But I wonder why this child’s parents did not report her missing? The article said she was with this man for 4 days. Maybe they need to find out why she was never reported missing. Something just doesn’t add up.

First of all, why was this child not reported as a runaway? And second of all, this is why we monitor a minors phone! It is our responsibility as parents to protect our children. I’m so glad she was found before her life was taken. But now she’ll suffer emotionally and mentally the rest of her life. That’s on these parents hands. I hope this is a wake up call for all parents. Don’t wait until it’s too late to start checking what’s been downloaded on your child’s phone. If you’re going to put technology in your child’s hands, make sure you do your job and know what they’re using it for! Prayers for this child and what she’s gone through and shame on her parents.

No one reported this child missing? No one was monitoring her internet activity either. This is a very, very sad situation. These children need to know there are predators everywhere. God save these kids! Good job catching that creep, Deputies!
