Adding stop lights might help people hit less pedestrians in century too.. I think there are important things to worry about that got left out of the road improvement funds like accounting for the many people who live in century that walk across that highway daily.

Good to see sidewalks in the plan.

How do you like the one that wasn’t completed when the overpass was built in the late 1960,s.

The FDOT had a meeting and told them how to put in for sidewalks back when Vergie Davis met them for the five year plan.

So far Nada.

I remember when Highway 29 was originally four-laned through Century. My son was a toddler and my daughter was a baby. I had go through the construction every day to take them to Flomaton FBC Daycare. My son will be 49 this summer, so its definitely time for the improvement!

It’s about time. If they don’t hurry and do something with the drain that’s collapsing in the outside lane North Bound close to that curve someone is going to be in trouble.
