@Roger….I AM QUICK to judge Washington, because it was the clown in Washington that SHUT DOWN the Keystone XL pipeline. As of early May 2022, NBC, CBS, Reuters and other news sources report that we purchase 8% crude oil from Russia. That equates to over 600,000 barrels PER day which costs American taxpayers Millions of $$$$$ PER DAY. So don’t be to quick to NOT judge Washington.

Gas prices have gone up around the world, not just in the US. High gas prices are bad for everyone except for gas companies (who have been recording record breaking profits this year) and the politicians from both political parties who are financed by their lobbying.

A few clicks on the computer and you can see what is behind high fuel prices. GREED!!! All major oil companies recorded billion dollar profits in Q1 2022. That doesn’t add up to the constant rhetoric we continue to hear from the GOP about Biden destroying our oil and energy sector. I don’t see the oil companies hurting one bit. The only people hurting are the American citizens. The oil companies are continuing to rake in record profits to recoup money lost for themselves and their investors during the Trump administration when we over produced and created a surplus, resulting in record loses when a barrel of oil hit negative $30 for the first time in history. Don’t be so quick to judge Washington when a majority of the blame can be placed on the oil industry itself.

There is enough surplus to last us for several more years. But they chose to buy it from another country. I hope those who voted for that clown are happy with high gas prices, higher groceries and higher rent. And the best part of all…..it’s just going to cost more the longer he remains the class clown and does what he’s told to do. We have a chance to change some things with mid terms.

Inflation in Germany (close neighbors Of the Ukraine) is running at 7 percent supposedly because of the war while USA is at 11 percent – (that’s what they admit to) no brainer to figure out bwho is financing weapons and supplies for a country a world away? Go ahead and enjoy paying 5 bucks for a head of lettuce or 8 bucks a gallon of gas- Hunter and crew are laughing all the way to the bank
