FWC is a great organization. And people know better and should be better stewards of their environment. As for giving warnings they are more compassionate than me. I would write them up for everything..especially littering.

Keep your eye out for commercial fisherman with illegal nets and loneline activity offshore. Unfortunately these people cannot be trusted!
