The Hunter Biden thing made little sense. Trump’s Rudy Giuliani also worked as a foreign lobbyist for Ukraine and Turkey while lying for Trump. Joe didn’t have power or inclination to help the company who put Hunter on board of directors and they didn’t produce any energy, just bought from Russia. Rudy seems to have been ineffective as well. Money poorly spent.

None of which affects the claim regarding Middle East countries and their cartel.
