He must be "borrowing" someone's car without permission and when they get it back, they drop charges. At this point the state needs to continue to prosecute! He is wasting taxpayer dollars and putting peoples lives in danger!! Constantly arrested over the last 10 years and still on the street. Leaving the scene of an accident, Driving w/o license, using a firearm while under the influence, multiple grand theft auto, multiple resisting arrest (one time after a shooting he started running!!!! Who does he know???? This is ridiculous. It makes no sense when other cases get hard lined on a first offense as a minor.
